So I finally broke down and have started actually looking at my caloric intake. Jen (Brad's sister) sent me a great website to help me out www.livestrong.com They have nutritional information for about every dish that you can think of. So I will keep you posted on how this goes. All I can tell you after having a Dr. Pepper and a Red Bull today is that I take in WAY too much sugar!! But I am getting better about drinking water. :)

Hooray! I love that website. I have an OCD personality, so I can get a bit obsessive about it sometimes. I like that you can track your weight & measurements on there, as well as enter all your exercise (I wouldn't recommend using their calories burned for exercise, but instead use info from a heart rate monitor...if decide to track your exercise).
Good luck on your bike rides! Sounds like a lot of fun...I'll mention it to Seth, we might enjoy riding with you on one of your rides. I may need a cushier seat and bike shorts that the padding hasn't been worn out of...I did 26.2 miles on the spinbike last week and my butt was killing me!!
