Skills

Don't you hate it when you have half of a post written and your computer craps out on you?!?!? I sure do! Any-who...

We are at the close of another splendid weekend. How I wish they could last a little longer, but oh well. Saturday Brad and I went for a great ride. We really need to get a speedometer on our bikes so we know how far we ride. But take my word for it, it was long! We even saw Heather out on the bike path. The weather was too perfect to stay indoors!

When we got home from our ride the kids were outside skating. Here is a shot of Myles showing off his "skills".

Here Myles is using his friend Conner as support to show his front flip skills. It is really a pity that he is such a couch potato, NOT!!

Saturday night we went to a fundraising dinner for the Youth to earn money for Youth Conference. That was lots of fun! They had a silent auction and all we ended up winning was a riding yard toy for Grace and Jane. So I guess we will have to plan a play date very soon :)

Today in Primary we had extra kids in our class for a grand total of 12 4-year-olds. Brad and I seriously felt dizzy by the time church was over. The kids were great overall. I don't think the fact that I was handing out jelly beans left and right was helping matters. But I had to have something yummy in order to keep their attention!

Well I am off to get my two munchkins to bed. Brad is working tonight, so no I am not referring to him as a munchkin!! :)

I LOVE your cool videos on your blog. I have got to learn how to do that!

How in the HECK did you guys handle 12 four year olds? I think I would have closed the door on the classroom and peeled out of the parking lot.

("Peeled Out" is totally my new favorite term. Thanks for it! :)

Love you!

You were AMAZING for taking all the kids in (We weren't sure you were in your right mind when you agreed to do it, but WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH for saying yes to that!!).

And how did you get Miles to do all those stunts?? He is always so quiet and shy, but good for you for having him show off his talents!!

Myles is too funny with those flips. He used Derick the other day too! I was wondering what you guys were doing bidding on those kid toys, but hey, I am sure your neices will love them! And what in the world were you doing with 12 kids in your class????
